RETURN AND EXCHANGE

BRAVO Dance & Design company strives to build a respectful and trusting relationship with each client. However, sometimes there are situations in which the company has to adhere to international rules, which you can read below.

- 1.1 You got the wrong article. You did not get what you ordered.

- BRAVO Dance & Design company will make a full refund including the cost of return shipping (standard international mail). To compensate for the transportation costs, you need to submit a receipt from the post office.

- 1.4 You got the order, unpacked it and cut off the tags.

- In that case, return will not be possible. If a client ignores this rule and sends a package for exchange or return without tags, the company reserves the right to return a package back at the client's expense, or not to return it at all. In addition, if a product shows signs of use (washing trails, foundation, dirt, stains, damaged stitches or cloth).

The company recommends first to make sure that you have ordered products you are completely satisfied with, then cut all the tags.

- 1.2 The product did not fit. The products were not used (the presence of tags and packaging materials are preserved).

There is no smell of washing powder, there are no traces of use (tissue damage, foundation, and other stains)

- If a client has not violated clause 1.3, BRAVO Dance & Design company makes a refund for the products with a deduction of shipping costs within 3 working days. The company undertakes to present a receipt on the shipment, where the delivery amount will be indicated. After processing the refund, within 3-4 business days payment will be credited to a bank account from which a client has paid.

- 1.5 Incorrectly issued return package invoice

- If a client decide to return an order or exchange it, he needs to correctly arrange the package. On the site in the "delivery" section there is a special form that he needs to print, fill and enclose in the package. This form indicates that he makes a return, and the package is not of a commercial nature. If a customs duty is imposed on the package, the company reserves the right not to accept it. In this case, the package will be sent back to the recipient.

- 1.3 Since the receipt of the order, less than 14 calendar days have passed.

- If a client does not violate clause 1.2, BRAVO Dance & Design company makes a refund for the products with deduction of the shipping cost within 3 working days. The company undertakes to present a receipt on the shipment, where the delivery amount will be indicated. After processing the refund, within 3-4 business days payment will be credited to a bank account from which a client has paid.

If a package was sent to another address, the company reserves the right to ignore it. (In this case, a package stays 30 days at an unknown address and is likely returns to you).

- Filling in the data in the shopping cart, a client must specify the full name and surname of the recipient, as well as the exact address (street, house number, apartment, office) city, country, postal code. If a client did not indicate the full address or the name, and this caused a package for a long time on the way or did not reach a client and returned to the sender, a client is responsible for further financial losses associated with the transportation of the order.

 

- 1.7 A product was purchased at a discount

- The company often holds grandiose and unusual sales. Products purchased at a discount, are not liable for refund or exchange. If a client ignores this rule and sends a package for exchange or refund, the company has the right to ignore it, or return it to a client at his expense.

- If a client does not violate the rules of clause 1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5/1.7 (mentioned above), an exchange is possible. At the same time, the customer pays for shipping costs.
