The skirt for the European program is made of chiffon. The belt doesn't stretch. Fastening at the back with a zip. Crinoline is sewn in at the bottom of the skirt. High cut. Used Italian chiffon, very light and pleasant to the body, but tends to wrinkle easily. Custom tailoring available.
